Judas Priest’s album and merchandise design have always been highly creative. For this red vinyl limited-edition album release of Screaming for Vengeance, I set out to create a colourful design that is a unique blend of elements from the ’80s, infused with an Art Deco feel and combined with a political and societal narrative. This album’s key themes include injustice, societal issues, love, space, and government control. The album’s front cover is a visual representation of Judas Priest’s affinity for metal and political thoughts. This narrative echoes the title song, ‘Screaming for Vengeance'.
